We will be happy to replace any product that is damaged during shipping. You can either send us a picture by mail/e-mail to show us the damage or you can send the product back to us and we will send the replacement to you soonest. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to replace the product, if we determine that the damage was due to mis-use or wear and tear.
