What Is Your Refund Policy?

If you are dissatisfied with a product that you have ordered, we will accept the product back and grant a refund, the procedure to a refund of product is as follows: 

  • Please e-mail us at This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it to get a Refund Code.  Please include all relevant details (ie: product code, product name, order number). Also please add in the reason why  you are dissatisfied with the product (This is for our information only, so that we can improve the product if needed)
  • Then send the product back to us with the Refund Code.
  • When we receive the product back, we will grant the refund.  (Please note: Refund will be excluding Shipping and Handling Charges)
  • Please Note  that we will not accept any product back without the Refund Code.
